MEET THE TEAM

Hicham El Guennouni is an international business consultant with extensive experience in supporting entrepreneurs, SMEs, and multinational corporations in establishing, structuring, and expanding their operations across the MENA region. Hicham's core expertise lies in simplifying the often complex legal, administrative, and regulatory processes of cross-border market entry, allowing clients to focus solely on business growth.

His specialization includes:
•Market Entry and Corporate Formation: Guiding clients in selecting the optimal free zone or mainland jurisdiction in the UAE, or the appropriate legal structure in other MENA countries, tailored to their strategic and operational objectives.
• Regulatory Compliance & Administration: Managing the full scope of administrative requirements, including securing operational licenses, visa processing, documentation preparation, and ensuring full compliance with local laws and authorities.
• Wealth and Fiduciary Structuring: Advising private clients and business owners on advanced wealth and asset protection mechanisms. This includes providing expert guidance on the establishment of foundations, trusts, and wills within the relevant jurisdictions.
• Tax Advisory: Providing essential counsel on local tax systems and financial reporting requirements across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions.

Hicham works with a diverse client base, ranging from startup founders launching their first ventures to international corporations developing regional headquarters. His role is defined by providing seamless, end-to-end management of all administrative and compliance burdens.

Hicham holds a Bachelor's degree in International Politics and Economics and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Milan. He ensures effective cross-regional communication and negotiation, working fluently in Arabic, English, French, and Italian.
